Tennis/Pickleball Courts were re-keyed 6/13/2022 With recommendations proposed by the Tennis Court Task Force (TCTF) and approved by the Board of Trustees, the locks at the tennis courts will be changed every two years. Residents may purchase the keys for the new locks using fillable applications which are available by clicking HERE. Keys cost $25 per key. Residents who have purchased an old key within 6 months of new locks being installed will be eligible to pay a reduced fee of $5 for the new key with proof of purchase date. Residents that purchased keys before January 13, 2022, will not be eligible for reduced fee. Thank you so much for your support of this wonderful community amenity! ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM THE CONSERVANCY: ![]() *Please note: There are currently no tennis pros authorized to offer tennis lessons on the courts for a fee. This is unfortunately being reported as happening now on Burke Centre tennis courts. This means that someone is running a personal business using your tennis courts, for which you pay dues to maintain. There is an authorized program through the Conservancy where pros may pay a nominal fee to become authorized to offer lessons. This helps to cover the maintenance costs for the courts. The Conservancy will publish the name of all authorized tennis pros/instructors/coaches on the web site/mobile app/monthly Conservator. If you are registered tennis key holder and are asked to leave the courts or to wait for longer periods than discussed in the tennis rules (see below), please let us know immediately at the Conservancy office at (703) 978-2928 | After-hours: (866) 878-2430.
